Welcome to our studios + your cozy accommodation in a tranquil yet central location in Graz! Just 3 km from the historic city center and in close proximity to the Graz University of Technology, the Stadthalle, and the Graz Exhibition Centre (only 900 m away), you can enjoy both comfort and independence here.
Each modern studio features a living area with a sofa and flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Some studios even offer a balcony with a beautiful garden view. Complimentary Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
For families, we have a studio with an additional sofa bed that accommodates two more guests (a total of 4 people in the studio).
The nearest restaurant is just 100 m away, and grocery stores are accessible within 800 m. Public parking spaces are available for free in the surrounding area.
The transport links are ideal: only 100 m to the nearest bus stop, 800 m to the tram, and 1 km to the East Railway Station.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out on the day of departure is until 10:00 AM. A late check-out can be arranged upon request and at an additional charge.
